-- SmartSkin(TM) Interactive Accessory Will Deliver Powerman 5000

Songs, Ringtones, Video Clips, Pictures and Special "Behind

the Scenes Access" to a New Wireless Phone Called Identity(TM)

Targeting the MTV Demographic

Wildseed Ltd., a software company pioneering SmartSkin(TM) interactive accessories for wireless phones, and platinum-selling heavy metal rock group Powerman 5000 (PM5K), today announced a licensing agreement to produce a new Music SmartSkin featuring PM5K. This musical accessory contains PM5K music, ringtones, video clips and screen themes, plus dynamic network-driven data applications associated with PM5K.

The SmartSkin works in concert with a new phone, called Identity(TM) that targets the MTV demographic. The phone, produced by Curitel, an established Korea-based handset manufacturer, is slated for a spring debut. Identity is a GSM/GPRS phone that can be stylized from the inside out by the SmartSkin interactive accessory, providing consumers with a means for personalizing the phone and "making it their own." The PM5K SmartSkin will initially be available at carrier stores where the phone is sold.

"PM5K is a natural fit for the SmartSkin brand," said Cindy Smith, Wildseed vice president of marketing. "Their music has an individual sound that resonates with teens. Extending this experience to a mobile device is exactly what teens are looking for and provides PM5K a non-traditional way of reaching this elusive audience."

The SmartSkin experience will deliver PM5K fans a sampling of the group's songs, video clips, ringtones and internal phone screen designs adorned with pictures and icons of PM5K. This interactive accessory will also deliver easy links to sign up for PM5K alerts to keep up to date on the group, access to PM5K chat rooms for fans to connect with each other, and "behind the scenes" glimpses of PM5K on tour with new pictures delivered to their phone. The accessory will also provide access to PM5K photo blogs, lyrics, quizzes, voting and shopping.

"SmartSkins offer PM5K fans the ability to have everything PM5K everywhere they go. The customization and cool features that SmartSkins offer is what inked the deal for us to work with Wildseed," said Shab Azma, President of the Fireball Group and licensing consultant for Powerman 5000.

Wildseed will demonstrate the new SmartSkin line and Identity handset at the 2004 International CES show in Las Vegas in Booth #70441 in the Silver Exhibits pavilion. Wildseed has received the prestigious 2004 Design and Engineering Showcase award in the Wireless Communications Category. Wildseed won TechTV's Best of Show Finalist at CES 2003.
