LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2004

Aerielle Group International Inc. today announced that it has completed development of the XM Roady(TM) Audio Adaptor, which wirelessly transmits XM Satellite Radio to existing automobile FM receivers. The adaptor, which plugs into a car's cigarette lighter or standard power outlet, also provides power to the Roady receiver. The product is being distributed to major retailers by Delphi Corp., a leader in mobile electronics distribution.

The XM Roady Audio Adaptor makes use of technology from Aerielle's flagship AudioBUG(TM) Wireless Music Adaptor product. Up until this point, the AudioBUG was a standalone gadget that plugged into the headphone jack of any portable audio device such as an MP3 or CD player. The AudioBUG transmits a signal to any FM radio within 15 feet allowing consumers to listen to their favorite music without the need for wired cassette deck adaptors.

"Our patented wireless technology has many uses. This is just the first of many embedded products that leverage Aerielle's years of engineering expertise in bringing low-cost wireless solutions to consumers," said Art Cohen, CEO of Aerielle Group International, Inc.

Robert L. Acker, Vice President, Product Marketing & Strategy from XM Radio said, "We needed an efficient way to provide power to our XM Roady product while at the same time allowing consumers to listen to XM in full stereo without the need for a wired cassette adaptor. Aerielle's technology provided the perfect solution for us."

The entire line of Aerielle products are on display now at booth #6308 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
