What's New: Assessment Advantage: 360 Feedback

CareerNotes 360, part of HumanR's Assessment Advantage offering, is now even easier to administer. A new administrative site is available for use by clients who wish to manage all aspects of implementation such as tracking usage, adding or deleting participants, or comparing results across organizational units or administration cycles.

Key new features include the ability to: organize 360 participants into cycles, each with its own unique set of characteristics; take action on single or multiple 360s in one easy step; and produce robust management reports summarizing groups of 360 data.
