Genius Products, Inc. to Become the Exclusive Distributor of ``The Twilight Zone'' Audio CDs; First Six 4-CD Collections to Hit Retailer's Shelves October 2004

SAN DIEGO -- Genius Products, Inc. (OTCBB:GNPI) as part of its multi-year licensing agreement with Falcon Picture Group, the producers of "The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas," will act as the company's exclusive retail distributor of hundreds of hours of radio drama on CD.
Genius Products plans to release the first six 4-CD collections, featuring 24 of Rod Serling's famous stories, at retail this October 2004.
"The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas" are new, full-cast radio versions of Rod Serling's classic TV series, and feature many of today's Hollywood celebrities in the starring roles, including: Jim Caviezel, Jane Seymour, Lou Diamond Phillips, Jason Alexander, Blair Underwood, Ed Begley, Chris McDonald, Adam Baldwin, Kate Jackson, Bruno Kirby and many others. Falcon Picture Group has licensed the radio remake rights to "The Twilight Zone" from CBS Enterprises and also has an agreement with The Rod Serling Estate. The series is hosted by Stacy Keach and is broadcast nationwide on more than 100 commercial radio stations, with many of the markets ranking the show #1 in its timeslot. They are among the most popular shows heard on their channels on XM and SIRIUS satellite radio, and are heard in 177 countries throughout the world on The American Forces Radio & Television Service. Genius Products will utilize the broadcast platforms to promote the retailers by name that carry the audio collections.
