Bellwave and Macromedia Announce Strategic Licensing Agreement for Flash Lite 1.1; Companies Define Next Generation User Interface Development

SEOUL, South Korea & SAN FRANCISCO -- Bellwave Co., Ltd., a leader in innovative mobile handset and data module designs, and Macromedia (Nasdaq:MACR) today announced a strategic licensing agreement that will bring Macromedia(R) Flash Lite(TM) 1.1 to Bellwave handset designs. Bellwave, the first Korean manufacturer to license Flash Lite, will use Flash to build the user interface for future products.
