Digital River Launches International E-Commerce Sites for Corex Technologies

MINNEAPOLIS -- Opens 10 new online stores in Asia and Africa to augment Corex' international e-commerce offering

Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing today announced that it is providing Corex Technologies, Inc., the maker of CardScan - a world leading business card scanner - with an international e-commerce solution. Based on the agreement, Digital River built and recently launched 10 new e-commerce sites to support the online marketing and sales of Corex' CardScan product in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and South Korea. Site services range from processing orders placed in local currencies and managing regional taxation requirements, to providing electronic and physical software delivery, multi-lingual customer service, fraud protection and e-marketing services.
