Business Wire, July 19, 2004
LAS VEGAS -- TCI Solutions Inc. announced broad support for its solutions and new reseller program, with commitments from many of the industry's leading resellers. The company made the statement here, at the Retail Solutions Provider Association (RSPA) EXPOtech.
"We offer TCI's inStore(TM) solutions because they are solid, easy to use, quick to install, and provide the tools and information smaller grocers need to compete with larger chains," commented Michael Kress, owner of Retail Data Solutions, a top reseller in the south-central United States. "It's been very easy for our customers to upgrade from their legacy systems to these Windows(R)-based solutions."
inStore, TCI's suite of packaged pricing and inventory management solutions, is designed to meet the needs of North America's more than 12,000 small grocery chains and independents, and is distributed through the company's authorized resellers. inStore provides direct store delivery (DSD) capabilities, store-level pricing management, POS connectivity, shelf price audit functionality, sign/label support and centralized price management for headquarters. TCI's offering also includes the company's newly released Category Analyzer, an item movement reporting and analysis solution that gives smaller grocers the tools to make decisions that improve their sales and profitability.
"We are gratified that our solutions are delivering tangible business benefits to the independent grocery industry," stated Tom Saari, vice president resellers and alliances of TCI Solutions. "These offerings enable our business partners to better serve their customers."
