PBS Realty Advisors Appointed Leasing Agent for 1790 Broadway at Columbus Circle

NEW YORK -- PBS Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate boutique specializing in high-level strategic services catering to the corporate commercial real estate market, today announced that it has been appointed leasing agent for 1790 Broadway at Columbus Circle. Principals Laura Pomerantz, John Brod, and Mort Schrader will manage the assignment on behalf of PBS Realty Advisors.
PBS Realty will represent 1790 Broadway at Columbus Circle owned by 1790 Broadway Associates, LLC. 1790 Broadway is a 21-story, Class A office building which occupies a prime Columbus Circle location and boasts high ceilings, and outstanding views of Central Park. Currently the entire 6th and 16th floors are available, each consisting of 10,240 rsf.

PBS plans to develop a website and other educational materials to effectively communicate the significant attributes of 1790 Broadway at Columbus Circle including its current tenants, key market fundamentals and other factors that executives consider when determining corporate real estate locations.
Built in 1912, the recently renovated Art Deco Building has a roster of prominent tenancies in the publishing, financial and entertainment industries including, The Hearst Corp, HSBC USA, and Universal Music Group.
