PSB Group, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. -- The Board of Directors of PSB Group, Inc., (OTCBB:PSBG), the bank holding company for Peoples State Bank, a Michigan state-chartered bank with offices in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties, declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend to Shareholders of Common stock. The dividend payment of $0.17 per share will be paid on September 13, 2004 to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2004.

As of June 30, 2004, the total assets of PSB Group, Inc. stood at $429,572,000.
