Innkeepers USA Trust Completes New $135 Million Revolving Unsecured Line of Credit

PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Innkeepers USA Trust (NYSE:KPA), a hotel real estate investment trust (REIT) and a leading owner of upscale, extended-stay hotel properties throughout the United States, today announced that it had successfully replaced with a majority of its lenders the company's existing $135 million revolving unsecured line of credit. Terms and conditions of the new facility are substantially similar to the replaced facility.
The new $135 million revolving unsecured line of credit matures July 23, 2007. Participating lenders include Wells Fargo, National Association; Calyon, New York Branch; Wachovia Bank, N.A.; and PNC Bank.
