ID Theft Expert, Joel S. Lisker, Joins Cyota's Team of Anti-Fraud Specialists; Cyota adds former MasterCard SVP of Security and Risk Management to its Advisory Board

Cyota, the leading provider of anti-fraud and security solutions for financial institutions, announced today that renowned security and identity theft expert, Joel S. Lisker, has joined the company's advisory board. In this position, Mr. Lisker will advise and work with Cyota's executive team on its anti-fraud and ID theft solutions. Mr. Lisker is the former Senior Vice President of Security and Risk Management at MasterCard International, and currently serves on two FBI industry task forces dealing with terrorist financing and identity theft.

Mr. Lisker brings over 20 years of experience in security, risk management and anti-fraud expertise to Cyota's advisory board. He was most recently the Senior Vice President for Security and Risk Management for MasterCard International where he served as the company's worldwide senior security representative for matters relating to the fraudulent use of its numerous card products.
Previously, Mr. Lisker served as an FBI Agent and later, a Special Agent Supervisor assigned to FBI Headquarters. Next Mr. Lisker served as senior trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Division, Internal Security Section. In 1981, he was selected by the Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary to be Chief Counsel and Staff Director of its Sub-Committee on Security and Terrorism, and in 1987, Mr. Lisker was selected as Associate Counsel to the Senate Select Committee on Secret Military Assistance to Iran and the Nicaraguan Opposition.
