Regis Development Inc. and eTotalSource Inc. Reach Agreement on Major Program Development Project

YUBA CITY, Calif. -- eTotalSource Inc. (OTCBB: ETLS) (BERLIN: ETA) has announced that agreement has been reached with Regis Development, Inc., with offices in New York, Connecticut and New Mexico, to produce over 500 hours of development and construction programming for distribution worldwide. When completed, the multimedia training and education programming will be available in 10 or more languages and will be utilized in more than 25 countries.
New Century Publishing, a subsidiary of Regis, has been contracted to handle all distribution of the multimedia programming which will be produced exclusively in the eTS proprietary software, Presenta Pro(TM).
Over the past three years eTS has completed numerous small projects for many significant entities such as the Unites States Department of Defense, Law Enforcement Training Solutions, Spielberg, the Defense Acquisition University, Herbalife, AAA, Boeing, several adult education programs and school districts, however this is the first long-term contract that the company has landed, that will create multi-million dollar revenues over the next two to three years. "Most importantly, this contract provides the platform that we have pursued to begin working with several universities, two state governments and OSHA. The Regis contract opens many doors that we have pursued for quite some time," stated Terry Eilers, CEO, eTS.
Filming and post production will begin in late September on the Socorro Development Project and the first package release is slated for January 2005.
eTotalSource Inc., a provider of multimedia training programming, employs its own proprietary software, Presenta Pro(TM). Previous programming packages utilizing the unique multi-panel production and delivery system are used by the U.S. Department of Defense, Law Enforcement Training Solutions, Defense Acquisition University, Rockwell Collins, as well as many schools, hospitals, clinics and private companies, offering the training packages to employees, students and clients.
