WRQ's Annual Customer Council Commences; Key Customers Participate in Candid Forum on Business and IT Challenges

SEATTLE -- WRQ, Inc. today welcomed over 25 executives from some of the world's leading IT organizations to its annual Customer Council gathering. As close relationships with customers are core to WRQ's operations, WRQ initiated the annual Customer Council to provide customers with a formal venue to influence WRQ's business and product strategies. The meeting also facilitates networking and information exchange among WRQ's customers.
Representatives from the following companies are in attendance at the 2004 Customer Council: Afni, Balboa Life and Casualty, ChoicePoint, Hewlett-Packard, McKesson, Musician's Friend, NEC America, Northern Trust, Southeastern Freight Lines and Wells Fargo, among others.

WRQ executives will present the WRQ Verastream(R) and WRQ Reflection(R) product roadmaps for customer comment and feedback. Future product releases will be discussed in light of emerging technology trends, such as web services, service oriented architectures and security. In addition to WRQ providing customers with feedback on how to solve their most pressing IT challenges, WRQ customers will also share experiences of extending and securing their critical host systems.
