"This is a monumental step for our corporation and further separates us from the previous management team. Up to now I have taken a cautious and conservative approach in the development of our company. The name change confirms my testament of "SAY AND DO", while proving to our existing/future shareholders and the institutional community my total and absolute commitment in severing the company from any affiliation with the prior historical past of China Xin Network Media Corp," affirmed Mr. Michael Tremis (Chairman, President & CEO). "I feel we are now in a position of confidence with no restraints or obstacles in our path for the pursuit of taking Bio-Tracking Securities Inc. to enormous and unprecedented achievements," further added Mr. Michael Tremis.
