Intrinsyc Announces Enterprise Software Suite to Solve Java to Microsoft COM, Exchange, .NET and Legacy Interoperability Challenges

Business Wire, June 28, 2004

SAN FRANCISCO -- Groundbreaking JavaMail to Exchange Interoperability Product Featured

Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX:ICS) today introduced their enterprise based J-Integra Interoperability Suite at JavaOne in San Francisco, California.

Intrinsyc's J-Integra Interoperability Suite is a powerful software suite that enables developers to mix & match Java tools with Microsoft and Legacy applications, utilizing standards-based technology.

The J-Integra Interoperability Suite currently consists of four licensable software products that are tailored to solve a wide range of Java interoperability challenges: J-Integra for COM, J-Integra for Exchange, J-Integra for .NET and J-Integra for Legacy. The suite also comes with a Microsoft Visual Studio .NET plug-in.

For the JavaOne audience, the company highlighted its groundbreaking J-Integra for Exchange product that leverages the JavaMail API and provides full access to all current and legacy versions of Microsoft's Exchange Server features including messages, folders, stores, and protocols - while avoiding any requirements for the reconfiguration of Exchange or the use of Exchange's IMAP, POP3 or SMTP adapters.

"As Windows deployments continue to increase, enterprises must focus their emphasis on interoperability to extend investments in existing infrastructure and applications. The challenge is to find solutions to integrate and extended existing deployments without 'rip and replace' options or complete application re-writes," said Derek Spratt, Intrinsyc's Chief Executive Officer. "The J-Integra Interoperability Suite provides a seamless integration solution while minimizing disruption to normal business and IT operations."

The J-Integra Interoperability Suite's roots are in the J-Integra programming toolkit, which has been the world's most popular software integration solution for over five years. Thousands of developers worldwide are currently using J-Integra Interoperability Suite technology - it has met the highest standards in performance and usability by successfully passing rigorous tests with companies such as Pfizer, JP Morgan Chase, BEA Systems, Rational Software, Macromedia, Siemens and SAP.
