ActionView International, Inc.: Completes Joint Venture with China Advertising Company

POINT ROBERTS, Wash. -- ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB:AVWI) ("ActionView") is pleased to announce the signing of a joint venture agreement with Chuangrun Advertising Company, Ltd. ("Chuangrun"). Chuangrun is an established full service advertising company whose primary business is billboard media sales. The Company has enjoyed rapid growth recently by acquiring the advertising rights to the Guangzhou MTR (Subway System) and was recently granted the rights to the new Guangzhou ("GZ") Airport. The GZ Airport will be the largest airport in Asia upon completion this fall. Chuangrun is located in Guangzhou (formerly Canton City). It is the largest city in Guangdong Province located in the economically booming Pearl River Delta area. The province has over 70 million population and the capital city, Guangzhou, has over 11 million permanent residents and another 5 to 6 million non-resident workers. The city and surrounding area is a manufacturing powerhouse with over 100,000 foreign owned facilities, including such brand names as Nike and Honda. Guangzhou is a modern industrial, economic and political centre that has developed into the hub city for China's leading economic region, the Pearl River Delta.
