DETERMINE Software Expands Executive Team with Enterprise Software Veterans; Former Siebel and Oracle Veterans Join Contract Management Solution Provider

Brett S. Kilpatrick joins as vice president of sales and field operations and is responsible for leading his team to generate new business, develop business relationships and drive revenue for the company. Tim Vo joins as senior vice president of product development and is responsible for leading research and development of DETERMINE's hosted and installed product solutions.

Former Oracle Veteran Will Lead DETERMINE Sales

Brett brings over 20 years of executive management, sales leadership, operations management, and sales experience to DETERMINE Software, with companies such as Oracle, Anderson Consulting, Alterian, Accrue Software, AvantGo and Versant. Most recently, Brett was chief executive officer of Alterian, Inc (a division of Alterian plc) where he doubled revenue for the publicly held marketing solutions software provider. Prior to Alterian, Brett held executive sales and operations management roles at Accrue Software and Narus Software, where he built sales and services team that generated 100% quarter on quarter growth over 3 years. Before Accrue, Brett held senior and field management positions and participated in the early growth/IPO at a number of public software companies.

Former Siebel VP of Engineering to Expand and Oversee DETERMINE's Product Development

Tim brings over 25 years of enterprise software development to DETERMINE Software, with companies such as Siebel Systems, OnLink Technologies, Lotus, and Xerox. Before joining DETERMINE, Tim was vice president of engineering at Siebel Systems where he drove engineering development for two key groups - Interactive Selling Suites and Core Stability. Tim brings together both business and technology perspectives to enterprise software development and has been successfully building products and growing organizations throughout his career.
