TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2004

Redline Communications, a leading provider of standards based Broadband Fixed Wireless equipment, announced today that it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification from BSI, Inc., the worlds largest quality management systems registrar. The scope of the registration includes the design and development of broadband fixed wireless products.

"This is a tremendous milestone for us, and we are very proud to have achieved certification," said Majed Sifri, President and CEO of Redline Communications. "ISO reinforces our pursuit of continual improvement and our ongoing commitment to providing Redline customers with the highest assurance of product quality and service excellence."

Certification to ISO 9001:2000 reinforces to Redline customers, through an independent third-party, that the Company operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the standard. Redline began its registration process in April of 2003. As part of the ISO 9000 process, BSI performed on-site assessments, examined Redline's documented processes, and audited its overall operations.

"By earning ISO 9001:2000 certification, Redline is further demonstrating its commitment to quality," confirmed Gary Pearson, President of BSI, Inc. "For a young, dynamic company like Redline to receive its certification is a significant achievement. By formalizing its documentation and using ISO 9001:2000 as an extra set of eyes, Redline will be able to continually enhance the quality of its products and remain at the cutting edge of its industry. The company's employees are committed and use well organized processes, and ISO 9001:2000 certification can only serve to improve an already top-of-the-line business."

About ISO Certification

Released in December 2000 as the successor to ISO 9000:1994, ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001:2000 establishes quality management system specifications for organizations that demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

To be certified, companies must implement a quality management system (QMS) that encompasses a comprehensive range of company activities, from staff training and taking instruction from the customer, to product design and development, materials purchasing and product and service delivery. Redline used Plan-Do-Check-Act and Process Management principles to demonstrate the steps taken to provide customers the services pledged.

To ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001:2000, BSI will periodically conduct routine surveillance audits of Redline's business operations.
