Echopass, the leading service provider of on demand contact center solutions, today announced the availability of an on demand automatic call distribution (ACD) service uniquely packaged and priced to meet the needs of small businesses. This offering is part of Echopass' flagship family of services called Call Center On Demand, which includes a Small Business Edition and an Enterprise Edition. Designed to support up to 10 agents, Call Center on Demand, Small Business Edition offers enterprise-class queuing and routing technology in a subscription-based service for $99 per user, per month.
