Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that the James G. Murphy bank safety deposit auction drew a record 3,000 online registrants for the company, with over 40% of the items being sold to the Internet.
The two-day auction held in Kenmore, Washington on February 25th and 26th included over 2,100 lots from the Washington State Department of Revenue, consisting of the contents of abandoned safety deposit boxes and included fine jewelry, diamonds, coins, stamps and various other collectible items.
The total Internet sell-through for the sale is expected to exceed $200,000.
