IDT Reaffirms Outlook of 4 to 9 Percent Revenue Growth for the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal 2004

IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.) (Nasdaq:IDTI), a leading communications IC company, today announced during its financial mid-quarter update that the revenue outlook for the fourth quarter of its fiscal 2004 remains unchanged. Revenues are projected to be up 4 to 9 percent from the previous quarter's revenues of $87.1 million.
