MINNEAPOLIS & STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2004

ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com) announced today that the Tele2 Group, the leading alternative pan-European telecommunications company, has selected the ADC Singl.eView(TM) product suite to support the convergent portfolio of wireline, wireless, and interactive services the company offers. Tele2 will use Singl.eView's core Rating & Transaction Engine, Convergent Billing, Commerce Engine, Customer Management, and Lifecycle Management Suite to manage the entire value chain of both prepaid and post paid packages, from product creation and customer management, through to billing, collections, and settlements.

Singl.eView will play a key role in enabling Tele2 to successfully continue its growth throughout Europe. When deployed, Singl.eView will deliver the flexibility, performance, and functionality required to support the convergent suite of services Tele2 delivers to its customers. In addition, the solution has the ability to promote, cross-sell and discount virtually any product or service it offers to its customers, enabling speed to market, greater pricing and bundling sophistication, and lower total cost of ownership.

"Tele2 needed a solution that supports the go-to-market plans which made the company so successful, while allowing them to control costs and grow their business exponentially, in all areas," said Mike Henderson, executive vice president of sales and marketing for the Software Systems Business Unit for ADC. "In many ways, Tele2 represents the inspiration behind the design of Singl.eView - flexible, responsive, high performance, and lower total cost to ensure the best long-term value. We are extremely pleased to work with an industry leader like Tele2 and look forward to their continued success."
