New Partnership to Develop and Deliver End-to-End Managed
Network Security Services for Clients Worldwide
Getronics and Counterpane Internet Security Inc. today announced the formation of a strategic partnership to deliver a comprehensive suite of managed security services. The companies will jointly offer Counterpane's industry-leading network security technologies and services and Getronics' outsourcing and risk management consulting services. When delivered in combination, the complementary offerings promise breadth and depth of protection for vital corporate information and network assets.

The partners' jointly delivered services and integrated client portal will be available in North America during the third quarter of 2004.
