DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 2004

American Television and Film Company (Pink Sheets:ATFT) today announced that it has agreed to acquire a 50 percent ownership stake in the new reality television show "STAG," which is already in production.

"STAG" is Tommy Habeeb's latest half-hour reality television project. Habeeb is widely known for bringing the show "Cheaters" to the air as the host Tommy Grand. "STAG" takes its audience behind the scenes of today's bachelor and bachelorette parties for a revealing look at the temptations faced and the consequences encountered with this so-called last night of freedom.

The "STAG" cameras capture everything: the drinking, the strippers, the sudden impulses and the long-term regrets. The following day, "STAG" plays a tape of the party for the bride and groom. The future spouse decides whether the partying went too far or if the actions were forgivable. If the events caught on tape are forgivable, then "STAG" will pay for the couple's honeymoon. If, however, the future spouse is not happy with how the evening transpired, then "STAG" will throw a bachelor or bachelorette party for the disgruntled partner.

Tommy Habeeb, CEO of ATFT, said, "The reaction to the pilot show for 'STAG' has been exceedingly positive. This show is definitely going to raise some eyebrows as we expose the level to which some people are willing to go for their last night of freedom."

"STAG" is currently casting for future episodes. Visit www.americantvandfilm.com for more details.
