Donaldson Company To Webcast Third-Quarter Earnings Conference Call

Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI), today announced it will host a live Webcast of its third-quarter conference call on Thursday, May 27, 2004, at 10 a.m. CT. The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on May 26.
Bill Van Dyke, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Bill Cook, senior vice president, and the rest of the executive team will recap the third-quarter accomplishments and give a preview of the upcoming fourth quarter.
