Structured Asset Trust Unit Repackagings (SATURNS) Corporate Backed Certificates, GE Global Insurance Holding Corp. Debenture Backed, Series 2002-13, announced today that the final distribution on the trust certificates will be made on May 25, 2004. The Class A unit holders will receive $24.20 per Class A Unit. The trust, established by MS Structured Asset Corp., will terminate immediately following final distribution in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement dated October 29, 2002 as a result of the trust wind-up event announced on May 18, 2004.
