Corillian Corp. (Nasdaq:CORI), the top provider of online banking solutions to leading financial institutions, today announced it has appointed Andre Bouchard as senior vice president of professional services. Bouchard is responsible for the continued execution of Corillian customer implementations and enhancements and will report to Alex Hart, Corillian's president and chief executive officer.

Bouchard has more than 20 years of professional services experience in the systems development, implementation, project management and maintenance of enterprise solutions. Prior to Corillian, Bouchard spent more than nine years at Oracle Corporation, most recently serving as the senior practice director for the technology services practice of Oracle Consulting. As senior practice director, Bouchard was responsible for business development, technology consulting, project delivery and deployment, strategic planning, quality assurance and system architecture development of Oracle's application and technology products and solutions across a wide range of industries. Prior to Oracle, Bouchard was a senior consultant at DRT Systems International, a technology unit of Deloitte Consulting focused on delivering custom applications and solutions to public and private sector clients. Bouchard has also held consultant positions at CGI Group and Metropolitan Life Insurance. Bouchard graduated with honors with a degree in computer science and technology from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada.
