Perry Ellis International Enters into License Agreement With PGA TOUR

Perry Ellis International (Nasdaq:PERY) announced today that it has entered into a multi-year license agreement to manufacture and distribute golf apparel domestically under the PGA TOUR(R) brand.

Perry Ellis International will launch the new PGA TOUR(R) line for the fall 2004 holiday season. The golf-inspired collection of apparel products will include pants, shirts and outerwear.
