Development Dimensions International Announces New PeopleSoft Enterprise Certified Integration; DDI's Competency Content Integrated with PeopleSoft Enterprise ePerformance
Business Wire, Nov 15, 2004
PITTSBURGH -- Development Dimensions International (DDI), a global human resources consulting firm, announced today that PeopleSoft(R) certified an integration between DDI's Total Performance Solution and PeopleSoft's Workforce Performance Solutions (WPS) suite. As a result, PeopleSoft customers can quickly upload and populate DDI competencies into the PeopleSoft WPS module ePerformance using standard protocols.
"DDI's Total Performance Solution provides effectiveness in performance management," said Rich Wellins, Senior Vice President, DDI. "By combining the capabilities of PeopleSoft's performance management module with DDI's extensive expertise in managing and driving performance, customers can improve and manage employee performance more effectively and accurately."
"Our mutual customers will benefit from the powerful combination of DDI's competency library along with our comprehensive and flexible Workforce Performance Solutions suite," said Mark Lange, Vice President, Human Capital Management Global Product Marketing. "It furthers our commitment to help our customers make every employee a competitive asset."
Workforce Performance Solutions (WPS), is a competency-based integrated solution suite comprised of PeopleSoft ePerformance, Learning Management, eDevelopment and key components of PeopleSoft's Human Resources (HRMS) application. WPS provides customers with the ability to tie all the elements of workforce performance together - and to track the impact of investments in training, employee development and performance on business unit operating and financial results.
This is DDI's second integration certified by PeopleSoft. In 2003, DDI's Total Hiring Solution integration with PeopleSoft Enterprise Recruiting Solutions was certified. By using the solutions successively, an organization can gain a more holistic view of candidates and identify their strengths and developmental needs during the recruiting process.
"PeopleSoft is a registered trademark of PeopleSoft, Inc."
