Mr. Barajas has extensive experience representing lenders, investors, and developers in a wide range of domestic and international project financings in the energy, power, infrastructure and commercial sectors. E[acute accent]James Bliss, a member of the Litigation Department, resident of the Stamford office. Mr. Bliss represents corporations in all types of commercial litigation. E[acute accent]Allan Bloom, a member of the Employment Department, resident in the New York office. He represents and advises employers and management in all aspects of employment and labor law. E[acute accent]Behnam Dayanim, a member of the Litigation Department, resident in the Washington, DC office. Mr. Dayanim is a member of the Firm's Technology & Electronic Commerce, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Information Security, International Trade, and Government Affairs Practices. He represents clients in information technology & electronic commerce, privacy and information security, international trade, and advertising and other intellectual-property legal issues. Her practice focuses on international distressed debt, insolvencies and reorganizations usually from a lender's perspective. His expertise is in products liability defense, environmental law, business torts, and breach of contract actions. She has represented banks and other financial institutions in credit transactions, including asset-based loan financings, workouts, and loan restructurings. He concentrates his practice primarily on the representation of domestic and international investment banks, opportunity funds, non-regulated lenders and pension funds in equity investments, joint venture formations, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate-related lending, secondary market transactions (including securitizations and whole loan sales), REO purchases and sales, and lending workouts and reorganizations in the United States, Japan and Korea.
