Accredo Health, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Shareholders' Meeting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Accredo Health, Incorporated (NASDAQ: ACDO) announced today that Nancy-Ann DeParle, William Edward Evans and Kenneth R. Masterson were re-elected as Class III directors of the Company at the annual meeting of stockholders held today at the Company's corporate headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.
The term of the Class III directors will expire at the 2007 annual meeting of the stockholders of the Company. Accredo's Board of Directors is composed of eight outside non-employee directors with David D. Stevens, Accredo's chief executive officer, as the sole employee director. E[acute accent]In addition to the election of directors, the Company's shareholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP to audit the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005; and, approved the amendment to the Accredo Health, Incorporated 2002 Long-Term Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares reserved and available for Awards from 3,900,000 (after adjustment for stock split in December 2002) to 6,900,000 of common stock. E[acute accent]Accredo Health, Incorporated provides specialized pharmacy and related services pursuant to agreements with biotechnology drug manufacturers relating to the treatment of patients with certain costly, chronic diseases. The Company's services include collection of timely drug utilization and patient compliance information, patient education and monitoring through the use of written materials and telephonic consultation, reimbursement expertise and overnight drug delivery.
