Binswanger/CBB Puts Project Management Services Expertise to the Test for Land O'Frost in Madisonville, Kentucky

DALLAS -- After an exhaustive, multiple-state search, Binswanger/CBB has successfully secured an ideal site for Land O'Frost in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Additionally, in their capacity as Project Management Service Providers, Binswanger/CBB also performed site due diligence, ensuring all variables regarding the site were thoroughly examined and weighed. Moreover, they are performing all construction management services, coordinating all aspects of the construction phase, from interviewing and hiring the contractors to overseeing the duration of the construction phase -- saving Land O'Frost considerable time and resources.

Land O'Frost intends to construct a 182,000 sq. ft., USDA-approved building on a 28-acre site just off US Highway 41 A.
