Commonwealth Biotechnologies, Inc. Issues Corrected Safe Harbor Declaration

RICHMOND, Va. -- On November 19, 2004 Commonwealth Biotechnologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBTE), issued a press release detailing its acquisition of Fairfax Identity Labs (FIL), a division of Genetics & IVF Institute, Inc. Fairfax, VA. This press release inadvertently contained an incorrect Safe Harbor declaration.
