FRAZER, Pa. -- Increased Customer Demand Creates Career Opportunities for Those With Cell Phone & Wireless Technology Skills

DecisionOne will be holding a Career Fair at its CityPlex Towers Call Center facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30th. The company announced last week that its Tulsa Call Center will be hiring an additional 180 full-time Wireless Technical Support representatives. These new positions are essential in meeting growing demand from DecisionOne Remote Technical Support customers, who rely on customer support representatives to handle rapidly increasing call volumes.

"This is our fifth recruitment campaign at our Tulsa facility in the past 18 months," explains Jeff Uthoff, Vice President of Call Center Services at DecisionOne. "When this effort is complete, we'll have provided well-paying technical career opportunities to an unprecedented 2,100 people in the Tulsa area - people who will help us to proactively meet and exceed the requirements of our quickly expanding base of remote technical support customers."
