Atempo's Time Navigator Software Certified for Bull NovaScale Servers; Time Navigator data protection solution supports Bull NovaScale EPIC architecture for servers and clients

PALO ALTO, Calif. and PARIS -- Atempo Inc., a leader in information lifecycle strategies for data protection, and Bull today announced that Atempo's Time Navigator(TM) product has been tested and certified for Bull NovaScale(R) servers. Supporting Bull NovaScale(R) EPIC architecture for servers and clients, Time Navigator(TM) is a highly scalable and feature-rich software product that offers performance and features grouped around today's more complex enterprise challenges, including disaster recovery, compliance, security and rapid data growth.

Launched in March 2003, the NovaScale server range is based on Intel(R) Itanium(R)2 processors. Bull NovaScale(R) servers provide enterprise and scientific organizations with open and modular mainframe-class servers, supporting Microsoft(R) Windows(R) and Linux(R) environments, with a high level of performance and reliability.
