QShift is a subscription-based application for lawyers which provides smart document drafting on demand. Securities Mosaic is a specialized content platform integrating securities disclosure, regulatory guidance and compliance information. As a result of the companies' partnership, Ixio customers can now import the latest and most accurate SEC clauses and regulations into pre-defined QShift models for rapid SEC filing document creation.
