Ixio Extends SEC Content to QShift Subscribers; Partnership with Knowledge Mosaic Provides SEC Library for Speedy SEC Filings

KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Ixio(TM) Corporation, an emerging leader in technology and services for the legal profession, today announced a partnership with Knowledge Mosaic to provide its SEC content library in the form of QShift models for smart document drafting. Joint subscribers of Ixio QShift and Knowledge Mosaic's Securities Mosaic will have automatic access to a growing library of SEC QShift models to speed the creation of up-to-date SEC filings.
QShift is a subscription-based application for lawyers which provides smart document drafting on demand. Securities Mosaic is a specialized content platform integrating securities disclosure, regulatory guidance and compliance information. As a result of the companies' partnership, Ixio customers can now import the latest and most accurate SEC clauses and regulations into pre-defined QShift models for rapid SEC filing document creation. Specialized style templates help users format the look and feel of the SEC filing documents for even faster document drafting.

Pricing & Availability
Ixio's QShift subscribers will be able to access and use the SEC QShift models by jointly subscribing to Securities Mosaic services through QShift application. Each company will handle its own subscription processes, but will actively work to cross-market and cross-promote each others' services.
QShift is now available for $55/month or $150/quarter, and can be downloaded at http://www.ixio.com/get_qshift/try_qshift.aspx. Included is a 30-day free trial period. Securities Mosaic will be available to QShift subscribers at an additional charge and will be accessible from the start page within the QShift application by clicking on the "Get Securities Mosaic SEC Models" link.
