         12:30 p.m. Presentation by Edward Snyder, dean, Graduate
                    School of Business.

         1:30 p.m.  Remarks by Rafael Vinoly, architect of the
                    building.

                    Panel discussion with winners of the school's 2004
                    distinguished alumni awards: Andrew Alper,
                    president of the New York City Economic
                    Development Corporation, Richard Teerlink, retired
                    chairman and chief executive of Harley-Davidson,
                    Inc., Tao Huang, chief operating officer of
                    Morningstar, Inc., and Richard Steiner, theatrical
                    producer.

         3:00 p.m.  Recent research in entrepreneurship, private
                    equity and venture capital, presented by Steven
                    Kaplan, professor of entrepreneurship and finance.

                    Model-based approaches to marketing decisions,
                    presented by Peter Rossi, professor of marketing
                    and statistics.

         4:30 p.m.  New ideas in psychology of decision making and
                    behavioral finance, presented by Richard Thaler,
                    professor of behavioral science and economics.

                    Research in corporate governance, presented by
                    Abbie Smith, professor of accounting.
