Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers -FAMB- Daytona Beach Chapter Welcomes State Rep. Pat Patterson, R-Dist. 26

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- On Thursday, October 28, 2004, the FAMB Daytona Beach Chapter welcomed State Representative Pat Patterson (R - District 26) to their "Octoberfest" celebration. Rep. Patterson and his wife, Anne, were greeted by the Daytona Beach Chapter Board of Directors and were welcomed guests at their Halloween-themed event. On Tuesday, November 2nd, Rep. Patterson won his 2nd consecutive term in the State House of Representatives where he has served on several committees including Transportation and Veteran's Affairs. Rep. Patterson is a Daytona-area businessman and a long-time friend of FAMB who understands the issues facing the mortgage brokerage industry. Recently, Debra Hatch, current Chapter President, and Mary Spearman, FAMB State Past President, had the opportunity to visit Rep. Patterson's office and provided him with a campaign contribution on behalf of the FAMB Mortgage Broker's PACs. Ms. Hatch stated, "Rep. Patterson has always had an open-door policy and a willing ear when it comes to hearing our concerns. We appreciate his attitude and look forward to his continual service to Florida in the House of Representatives."
