-- Regional School District No. 12, CT, $1.87 million general obligation bonds of 2000, affirmed at 'AA', Stable Outlook;

-- Western Nassau County Water Authority, NY $29.7 million water sewer revenue bonds, series 1996, affirmed at 'AA-', Stable Outlook;

-- City of Naples, FL $7.4 million general obligation bonds, series 2000, affirmed at 'AAA', Stable Outlook;

-- City of Naples, FL $10.971 million public service tax revenue bonds, series 1993 and 2001, affirmed at 'AA', Stable Outlook;

-- Borough of Lodi, NJ approximately $16 million outstanding GO bonds affirmed at 'A-'; Stable Outlook

-- City of Waterbury, CT approximately $155 million outstanding GO bonds, affirmed at 'BBB-', Stable Outlook;

-- Pearl, MS, $2.02 million tax increment limited obligation refunding and improvement bonds (Airport Metroplex Project), series 2002, affirmed at 'BBB-', Stable Outlook;

-- Town of Griswold, CT $10.3 million outstanding GO bonds, affirmed at 'A+', Stable Outlook;

-- Johnston County, NC, $161.1 million outstanding general obligation bonds, affirmed at 'AA-'. Stable Outlook

-- Johnston County, NC: $30.9 million outstanding certificates of participation, affirmed at 'A+', Stable Outlook;
