Wavelink Acquires AirPrism, Furthering Its Integrated Mobility Management and Security Strategy

Wavelink Corporation, a leading provider of mobile infrastructure management software for the enterprise, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire AirPrism, a provider of advanced mobile device management and security software. The acquisition furthers Wavelink's integrated mobility management strategy and leadership in delivering the industry's most comprehensive multi-vendor wireless network and device management solution.
