Systems Management Solutions Inc. Announces Selection of Chief Executive and Business Plan for Subsidiary

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Systems Management Solutions Inc. (OTCBB:SMSN), formerly Supreme Holdings Inc., today announced that Jim Karlak has been named president and chief executive officer of the company and its principal subsidiary, ASPECT Business Solutions Inc., formerly BioLynx Inc. Mr. Karlak comes to the company with over 20 years of finance, operations and senior executive experience most recently as chief operating officer of Applied Science Fiction, an Austin-based high tech company that was sold to Eastman Kodak.
Management further reported that the Company's principal operating subsidiary, ASPECT Business Solutions Inc., completed the establishment of a contractual arrangement with Microsoft Corporation to become a licensed remarketer of certain corporate and personnel management systems for the small and medium sized business sector. "We believe that this arrangement provides us with a package of services that is highly marketable in today's complex business environment," said Jim Karlak, president and CEO of the Company and ASPECT. He further reported that the Company is currently negotiating with several business entities to provide such management systems under long-term contracts. The successful conclusion of these agreements will have a positive effect on the Company's future earnings outlook.
Mr. Karlak also announced that the Company had established Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004, as the date for its annual meeting of shareholders. He estimated that proxy statements would be going out to shareholders of the Company as of the record date, which has not yet been set by the Board of Directors, within the next 45 days.
