Allied Domecq Selects Magnolia Marketing Company as Exclusive Broker for Allied Domecq Spirits Brands in Alabama and Mississippi

WESTPORT, Conn. -- Allied Domecq Spirits, North America (NYSE:AED) is pleased to announce it has selected Magnolia Marketing Company, a family-owned broker of beverage alcohol, for long-term representation rights of its full portfolio of spirits brands in Alabama and Mississippi. The Magnolia Marketing Company agreements mark the 14th contract signed under the Allied Domecq's "First Choice Supplier" philosophy in fiscal year 2004.
Magnolia Marketing Company will represent Allied Domecq Spirits, North America portfolio of spirits brands in Alabama and Mississippi under a long-term, five-year contract representing all of Allied Domecq's leading spirits brands such as Kahlua(R), Stolichnaya(R) Vodkas, Sauza(R) Tequilas, Beefeater(R), MALIBU(R) flavored rum, Canadian Club(R), Courvoisier(R) and Maker's Mark(R).
