Bay Rock Mortgage and Courtesy Mortgage Implement Mortgage Builder Software; Mortgage Builder on Track for Record Sales in '04

SAN FRANCISCO -- Mortgage Builder Software, Inc., a provider of complete mortgage lending software solutions, announced at the 91st MBA Annual Convention & Expo the implementation of its signature loan origination software (LOS) system by Atlanta-based Bay Rock Mortgage and San Diego-based Courtesy Mortgage. The company also announced record sales growth, with new customer volume on track to more than double its sales volume over 2003.

Bay Rock Mortgage opened the Windows versions of the system to 55 of its loan officers in September. Courtesy Mortgage plans to implement Mortgage Builders' Linux-based LOS and roll out the solution to its loan officers by the end of the year. For both companies, the robust Mortgage Builder system introduces point-of-sale, closing and complete back-office functionality including interim servicing.
