NEW YORK -- On Thursday, October 28, 2004, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.051 per share of common stock, payable on November 26, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2004.
The ex-dividend date is November 9, 2004. The previous dividend declared in September was $0.051 per share of common stock.
