Mack and Parker, Inc. Changes Name to HUB International Illinois

CHICAGO -- Mack and Parker, Inc., the Chicago hub of the North American insurance broker Hub International Limited (NYSE:HBG)(TSX:HBG), announced its name has been changed to Hub International of Illinois Limited, and effective October 4, the subsidiary will be doing business as HUB International Illinois.
The name change is a result of a corporate-wide branding effort to build stronger brand awareness throughout North America. Founded in 1935, Mack and Parker has been part of the Hub International group of companies since 1999.
"The name consolidation will create a more productive culture and identity," said Bill Zanoni, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mack and Parker. "It will strengthen our position within the insurance marketplace, which means more choice and value for our clients."
HUB International Illinois will continue to offer a broad array of insurance services including personal, commercial, employee benefits and executive benefits through a variety of insurance carriers.
