The program is sponsored by Deloitte & Touche, LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms, Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP and the Denver Business Journal. Rankings are based on the percentage growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999 to 2003. Clancy's revenues grew 65% for the 2003 year.
