Pluck Closes $8.5 Million in Series B Funding; Mayfield Leads Investment in Growing Web Companion Application Company

AUSTIN, Texas -- Pluck Corp., a software company dedicated to making it easier to find and manage information online, today announced that it secured $8.5 million in Series B funding. Mayfield led the round, with continuing participation from initial investor, Austin Ventures. The capital will be used by Pluck Corp. to expand marketing and development activities for its award-winning web browser companion application.
