TELUS Selects Atreus Systems to Deliver Voice Over IP and Messaging Services

OTTAWA -- Atreus xAuthority(TM) Service Fulfillment Enables IP Centrex and Messaging Services for TELUS IP-One(TM)
Atreus Systems(TM), the service fulfillment experts, today announced that TELUS (NYSE:TU) (TSX:T) (TSX:T.A) , the largest telecommunications company in Western Canada and the second largest in the country, has selected Atreus xAuthority(TM) to enable IP Centrex and Messaging as part of the TELUS IP-One(TM) telephony service. TELUS IP-One(TM) is the first carrier-grade hosted and managed Internet Protocol (IP) telephony service in Canada which is now commercially available to business customers in Ontario and Quebec, Canada.
TELUS IP-One utilizes TELUS' Next Generation Network (NGN) rather than the telephone network to route calls and data, providing business customers with a full suite of IP-based advanced application services and the ability to integrate voice-mail, e-mail, data and images via a highly intuitive online Web portal. TELUS IP-One is a robust, secure and IP-based Next Generation Network (NGN), capable of offering integrated solutions comprising of voice, data and video application.
