BATON ROUGE, La. -- ICrystal, Inc. (OTCBB:ICRI) today announced that Fat Katz Music, LLC, the Baton Rouge-based guitar and music retailer to be acquired by ICrystal, will be hosting the "Gibson(R) Guitar MasterBuilt Experience" on Saturday, October 9, 2004. The traveling Gibson MasterBuilt Trailer showcases Gibson's finest acoustic guitars, stopping at music stores across the United States that feature Gibson guitars.

Fat Katz Music, LLC is a Gibson Super Dealer offering a full line of Gibson guitars, as well as other name-brand guitars and related merchandise. Fat Katz Music is located at 5664 Jones Creek Road in Baton Rouge.

ICrystal's acquisition of Fat Katz Music is to be made solely for common stock of ICrystal and there does not appear to be any impediment to completing the proposed acquisition. In the very near future, ICrystal intends to initiate the filing of an information statement with the SEC, for delivery to its shareholders, relating to a special shareholders' meeting to be called to approve the acquisition, among other matters.
