Two River Community Bank Expands Services to Include Residential Mortgage Division
Business Wire, Sept 10, 2004
MIDDLETOWN, N.J. -- Continuing the tradition of providing its customers the maximum value and highest level of service, Two River Community Bank has announced the formation of a Residential Mortgage Division. As an important new part of the Bank's product offerings, President & CEO Barry B. Davall has charged the mortgage division with providing the best terms available to new and current customers of the bank.
"As community bankers, we're constantly seeking new opportunities to bring better products and services to our community--it's what our customers have come to expect and deserve from Two River Community Bank. The mortgage group will use the same formula that has led to our success so far, and that's simply: offer the best rates and the best service, then deliver them with a personal touch that assures our customers that their business is important to us", said Mr. Davall.
The mortgage division is led by Joseph Marczak, an established industry veteran with over 16 years' experience in both mortgage banking and real estate. Mr. Marczak is proud to join Two River Community Bank. "It's a great fit because I've always shared the Bank's values on customer relationships. We're here to provide value and convenience to our friends and neighbors, so it's never just about the numbers to us...people trust Two River Community Bank, and that peace of mind can be very reassuring when you're purchasing a home. Additionally, we'll be able to help make the lower rates of full documentation programs more accessible to borrowers who would not traditionally see them as a convenient option...", said Mr. Marczak. Along with discounts on loan fees and highly competitive rates, Two River will also offer the convenience of on-site service to homes or places of business throughout the Monmouth County area.
Joe Marczak can be contacted at 1-877-706-9009 or by email to jmarczak@tworiverbank.com.
Two River Community Bank operates through its main office at 1250 Highway 35 South in Middletown, New Jersey, and six branches located in Atlantic Highlands, Port Monmouth, Red Bank, Tinton Falls, Wall Township and West Long Branch, New Jersey. Additional branch openings are planned for Cliffwood and Tinton Falls.
Two River Community Bank stock is listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol TWRV.OB.
